Campaign rules

Register for all 3 activities by submitting your WOO X UID on this form. Any user who does not submit WOO X UID on this form will not be eligible.

Regardless of which UID is provided, the trading volumes of their main account and all sub-accounts will be aggregated for the final calculation.

Activity 1: Titan’s trading quest

All participants who achieve the total trading volume requirements indicated in the table above on WOO X during the campaign duration are eligible to share the stated prize pools.

Prizes will be distributed with eligibility prioritized in the following order: trading volume, timestamp for reaching the trading requirement, and timestamp for submitting the registration form. However, if the corresponding prize pool is fully allocated, participants will be moved down to lower tiers to share the remaining prizes until all prize pools are completely distributed.
Upon the conclusion of the Phase 1 activity period, the trading volume counter will be reset to zero. Any trading activity occurring between the end of Phase 1 and the commencement of Phase 2 will be calculated separately and will not be cumulative with the Phase 1 volume.

Activity 2: The $100k play

All participants who achieve a total trading volume of at least $100,000 during the campaign period will automatically earn 1 lucky draw ticket, with an additional ticket awarded for every subsequent $100,000 traded.
A total of 16 winners will be randomly selected to receive $200 USDT each.

Activity 3: $50k newcomer’s club

Exclusive to the users who complete their first trade on WOO X during the campaign duration.
All first-time traders who achieve a total trading volume of at least $50,000 during the campaign period will automatically earn 1 lucky draw ticket, with an additional ticket awarded for every subsequent $50,000 traded.
A total of 40 winners will be randomly selected to receive $100 USDT each.

Notes

Volume from spot or perpetual futures pairs will be counted towards total volume, excluding any other pairs with special promotions during the campaign period (including but not limited to F/USDT) and stablecoin pairs (including but not limited to USDC/USDT or USDC-PERP).
Participants can win only once across all activities.
- If a user meets the criteria for multiple activities, priority will be given to rewards in the following order: Activity 1, Activity 2, and Activity 3.
- In Activity 1, rewards from different thresholds cannot be combined.
- In Activity 2 and Activity 3:
  - There is no cap on the number of tickets a participant can earn, but each participant can win only once in this campaign.
  - WOO X independently calculates and assigns eligible tickets based on qualifying trading volume. Users who meet volume requirements are automatically included in the drawing pool. No action is required from users to claim or receive their tickets.

All users and participants of the campaign accept that:

He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.

Participants simultaneously engaged in affiliate-related activities on WOO X during the campaign period will have their eligibility automatically directed toward the affiliate activity, making them ineligible for this campaign. WOO X reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes affiliate-related activities.
Users/Participants from the European Economic Area (EEA) are not eligible to participate. This exclusion applies to all EEA users regardless of KYC status.

1. EEA User Identification: Any user who meets any of the following criteria is ineligible to participate:

Users who are identified or have been identified as EEA residents at any point during the campaign period.
Users who trigger a Proof of Address (POA) requirement due to significant EEA-related activity (including but not limited to IP addresses originating from EEA countries) during the campaign start date and the reward distribution date.

2. Verification Status: This EEA exclusion policy applies to all users, regardless of:

Their current KYC verification level.
Previous participation in other campaigns.

WOO Ｘ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including adjustments to the campaign timeline and prize distribution.
Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating the campaign outcomes. This includes but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts or engaging in any other fraudulent or inappropriate activity to increase chances of winning. WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities and take further legal action if necessary.
All references to monetary values and rewards in this campaign are denoted in WOO. The symbol ‘$’ shall be interpreted as USDT value throughout the campaign documentation.
All rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the campaign has ended. If the rewards have not been credited after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email support@woo.network for assistance. In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay.
Each user is responsible for their own tax settlements resulting from receiving the reward.
WOO X does not provide warranties of any kind regarding the expected outcomes of the Campaign. Participation is at the user’s own risk.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOO X and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Campaign.
WOO X reserves the right of final interpretation of all terms and conditions of this campaign. Any decision made by WOO X in relation to this campaign, including but not limited to rule amendments, prize distribution, and eligibility of participants, is final and binding on all participants.
