According to the financial news platform Jinshi, the Governor of the Bank of England, Andrew Bailey, has emphasized the necessity of establishing regulatory standards for stablecoins. 

  • According to Cointelegraph, Hester Peirce, a US SEC commissioner, stated in a virtual speech at the Federalist Society panel meeting that the US SEC is waiting for the appointment of the Chairman before setting the crypto agenda.
  • Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett reported that Binance and the US SEC have filed a joint motion to pause their lawsuit for 60 days, citing potential impacts from the SEC’s newly formed crypto task force under Acting Chair Mark Uyeda.

Market overview

On February 12, remarks by US Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell indicated that the central bank is in no rush to adjust interest rates. This statement led to a drop in Bitcoin's price to $94,814.

The likelihood of BTC continuing to trade sideways remains high, but as volatility gradually decreases, the probability of a breakout in one direction is increasing.

ARC's team is developing an AI development framework written in Rust, known as the rig framework.
