How to get the boosted APR:

• Subscribe to the RWA flexible term vault with USDC on WOO Earn here
• Users who’ve successfully subscribed to the RWA flexible term vault will automatically enjoy the time-limited boosted APR of 8.9% for the period beginning from the activity start date, and ending on the activity end date
• Note that there is a maximum subscription quota of 200,000 USDC per user
• Users may withdraw their funds from the RWA flexible term vaults at any time with no penalties on accrued yield, but will be subject to the daily redemption limit of 100,000 USDC per user

• He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.
• All users/participants of the campaign must be registered and successfully KYC’ed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the campaign duration.
• Users/Participants from the European Economic Area (EEA) are not eligible to participate. This exclusion applies to all EEA users regardless of KYC status.

1. EEA User Identification:  Any user who meets any of the following criteria is ineligible to participate:

• Users who are identified or have been identified as EEA residents at any point during the campaign period.
• Users who trigger a Proof of Address (POA) requirement due to significant EEA-related activity (including but not limited to IP addresses originating from EEA countries) during the campaign start date and the reward distribution date.

2. Verification Status: This EEA exclusion policy applies to all users, regardless of:

The APR is variable and may change without prior notice. Please ensure you regularly check our website for the latest rates and updates.
• Real-world asset (RWA) vaults involve certain risks, including but not limited to, changes in market conditions and regulatory landscape, which may impact the performance of the underlying assets.
• We do not guarantee the availability of the promotional terms throughout the entire duration of the offer and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of changes to or termination of the promotion.
