Campaign rules

1. Trade to Earn: ABC’s

Activity A: 

• Users who complete ANYONE/USDT trades, and meet the specific trading volume requirements indicated in the table above on WOO X during the activity period are eligible to share the stated prize pools.
• The prizes are distributed based on total trading volume. However, if a user has accumulated over $60,000 in ANYONE trading volume and the corresponding 7,000 ANYONE prize pool has been fully allocated, they will be moved down into the lower tiers to share the remaining prizes. In the event that two or more users have identical trading volumes within the same tier, the tiebreaker will be determined by the timestamp when each user first met the tier's volume requirement. The user who reached the requirement earlier will be ranked higher.
• Each user can only win once; rewards from different thresholds cannot be combined, trading volume from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for the final calculation.
• Users who qualify for rewards from activity A will not be eligible for rewards from Activity B.

Activity B: 

• All users who achieve a minimum trading volume of $2,000 or more during the campaign period will be eligible to join the lucky draw.
• A total prize pool of 1,500 ANYONE will be distributed to 20 randomly selected winners.
• Only users who did not receive rewards from Activity A will be eligible for the lucky draw.
• WOO X independently calculates and assigns eligible tickets based on qualifying trading volume. Users who meet volume requirements are automatically included in the drawing pool
• WOO X will conduct the random selection process to determine winners. No action is required from users to claim or receive their lottery entries.

Activity C:

• Users who complete their first trade on WOO X during the campaign period, and accumulate a total of $1,000 or more in ANYONE/USDT trading volume will be eligible for a 30 ANYONE reward.
• Rewards will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis until the prize poll is fully distributed.

2. ANYONE Yield Farming

• The subscription window will open at 10:00 UTC on March 3 and close at 08:59 UTC on March 5. All accrued yields during the farming period will be settled shortly after 10:59 UTC on March 3 when the farming period ends.
• Subscribe to ANYONE yield farming vault with WOO to farm yields from a massive 14,700 ANYONE prize pool. All yields will be distributed in ANYONE.
• The individual subscription amount is capped at 1,000,000 WOO per user.
• The displayed APR is only for reference purposes only. Your estimated APR will be based on the amount of your individual subscription to the vault. It may differ from the vault's average APR if the hourly yield cap is reached.
• Early redemption is not permitted for the Yield Farming Vaults mentioned above for this activity specifically. 
• Only users from supported jurisdictions could subscribe to the yield farming vaults, depending on legal and regulatory requirements. To check if your country/region is supported, please visit ▶ List of unsupported countries/regions.

Terms and conditions

All users and participants of the campaign accept that:

• He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.
• He/She agrees to abide by all campaign rules, including trading volume requirements and participation guidelines. 
• All users/participants of the campaign must be registered and successfully KYC’ed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the campaign duration
• Users/Participants from the European Economic Area (EEA) are not eligible to participate. This exclusion applies to all EEA users regardless of KYC status.

1. EEA User Identification:  Any user who meets any of the following criteria is ineligible to participate:

-Users who are identified or have been identified as EEA residents at any point during the campaign period.

-Users who trigger a Proof of Address (POA) requirement due to significant EEA-related activity (including but not limited to IP addresses originating from EEA countries) during the campaign start date and the reward distribution date.

2. Verification Status: This EEA exclusion policy applies to all users, regardless of:

-Their current KYC verification level.

-Previous participation in other campaigns.

• 2B and KYB users are not eligible for this campaign. If you are a 2B or institutional user and wish to participate, please contact bd@woo.network for further assistance.
• WOO Ｘ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including adjustments to the campaign timeline and prize distribution.
• Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating the campaign outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts or engaging in any other fraudulent or inappropriate activity to increase chances of winning. WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities and take further legal action if necessary.
• All references to monetary values and rewards in this campaign are denoted in USDT. The symbol ‘$’ shall be interpreted as USDT throughout the campaign documentation.
• All rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the campaign has ended. If the rewards have not been credited after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email support@woo.network for assistance. In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay.
• Each user is responsible for their own tax settlements resulting from receiving the reward.
• WOO X does not provide warranties of any kind regarding the expected outcomes of the Campaign. Participation is at the user’s own risk.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOO X and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Campaign.
• WOO X reserves the right of final interpretation of all terms and conditions of this campaign. Any decision made by WOO X in relation to this campaign, including but not limited to rule amendments, prize distribution, and eligibility of participants, is final and binding on all participants.
